Corporate Secretarial Manager/ Assistant Manager/ Senior/ Associate

You will gain exposure to a wide range of businesses including SGX listed clients, large corporate clients and SMEs.
The ideal candidate should possess:
• Relevant experience in Corporate Secretarial work is preferred.
• Strong communications skills (written and oral) and the ability to work independently.
• Candidates for managerial position must be qualified Chartered Secretary with at least 5 yrs of relevant experience.
• ICSA fresh graduates or candidates with 1 year relevant working experience with a corporate secretarial service provider are encouraged to apply for associate’s level.

Accounting and Taxation Manager/ Assistant Manager/ Senior/Associate

You will be responsible for providing tax compliance and advisory services to client organisations. Your role will also include assisting clients in addressing and managing the specific challenges. This may involve providing assistance to coordinate the tax services or attending to tax issues internationally, ensuring that clients are compliant with the local regulations and managing the risks related to them.
The ideal candidate should possess:
• Relevant accounting qualifications.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral) and the ability to work independently.
• Relevant experience is preferred.
• Able to thrive under pressure to meet datelines.
