Head of Taxation Services

Peng Huat is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.

He has more than 25 years experience, gained in the United Kingdom and public accounting practices in Singapore. Prior to joining Complete Corporate Services Pte Ltd, he was with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore where he was involved in reviewing of business transactions and tax investigation assignments. He provided direct and indirect taxation advice to public companies and large private corporations on a range of issues, including cross border trade and operations, corporate restructuring exercises and GST.

He has participated in dialogue sessions held by the Ministry of Finance. His special interest is in shipping and is regularly in contact with the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore to discuss shipping tax issues.

Secretarial Services

Shirley is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and is registered as a Practising Chartered Secretary of the Singapore Association of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.

She joined Complete Corporate Services Pte Ltd in 1989 and was previously with an international accounting firm where she was the Head of the Corporate Secretarial Department. She has more than 29 years experience, gained in the United Kingdom and Singapore and has been actively involved in the training of corporate secretarial staff.

She has extensive experience handling corporate secretarial matters for both international and local clients, in a wide variety of industries, particularly shipping, manufacturing, engineering, retail, trading, financial institutions, fund management and service companies.

Tax Manager

Jacqueline graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the National University of Singapore and has more than 10 years of experience with the Big 4 international accounting firms.

Jacqueline is involved in both compliance and tax advisory services for corporate and individual clients. She has assisted clients in their voluntary disclosure exercises for Income Tax purposes and made representations for Board of Review negotiations.

Jacqueline joined Complete Corporate Services Pte Ltd as a tax manager and is involved in tax planning and general tax consultancy for individuals and corporate entities based in Singapore, including structuring of companies for tax efficiency.

Tax Manager

Eng Hock graduated in 1989 with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore. He joined Complete Corporate Services Pte Ltd in May 2007 as a tax manager. He is a Fellow with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of the Institude of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.

He has more than 15 years of experience in the field of taxation. Prior to joining the company, he worked in a number of international accounting firms. He currently supports the Head of Tax and provides taxation advice to public and private corporations.

Corporate Secretarial Manager

San Eng is an Associate member of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. She joined Complete Corporate Services Pte Ltd in November 2008.

She has over 10 years of corporate secretarial practice in Malaysia and Singapore. Prior to joining Complete Corporate Services Pte Ltd, she worked in a number of corporate secretarial service providers in Malaysia.

Corporate Secretarial Manager

Eunice Chan is an Associate member of the Singapore Association of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.

She has 10 years experience in the field of corporate secretarial practice. Prior to joining Complete Corporate Services Pte Ltd, she was with one of the biggest secretarial firms in Singapore.
